Stephen Dodgson BSc, FRICS, Dip(DEA), FlinstCPD, a Rainford family member and the proprietor of Rainfords Surveyors (Chartered Surveyors & Valuers) has over 45 years experience at property and house Surveying. All reports are undertaken personally by him ensuring a personalised service to all our clients. Additionally, he is an Independent External Valuer who conforms to the requirements of the RICS Valuation Global Standards 2020 Incorporating the IVSC International Valuation Standards.
Stephen Dodgson’s Expertise
His expertise is recognised by the fact that he is a past Chairman of both the Chester Association of Property Professionals and The Liverpool Districts & North Wales Branch of The Incorporated Society of Valuers & Auctioneers as well as being a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Institute of Continuing Professional Development. In addition to being a Chartered Surveyor, Steve is fully qualified and recognised by the RICS as a Registered Valuer. In addition to this, the company is also Regulated by the RICS ensuring the highest professional standards at all times.
